This week-end I found a lovely end table and when I was cleaning it at home, I was happy to learn it was crafted by a company in North Carolina. What does this have to do with a blog post here at the HEM Homeschooling Resources blog? This afternoon I happened upon a really interesting site, Craft Revival: Shaping Western North Carolina Past and Present that explains in part why I was so delighted to find a North Carolina made product.
