Learning styles and methods in homeschooling is the subject of a new post at the American Homeschool Association site:
When families begin homeschooling, they often start by exploring how children learn, and familiarizing themselves with the many different educational methods and the different learning styles of children. These articles and resources provide a wealth of information and support for understanding Learning Styles and Methods.
The American Homeschool Association has been serving homeschooling families with advocacy, support, information and networking since 1995. The AHA supports, encourages and promotes all approaches to bona fide homeschooling.
Current AHA services include a discussion list and online forum which provides news, information, networking and resources for homeschooling families, support group volunteers, legislators, the media and other advocates of homeschooling. The AHA is also actively supporting homeschooling on Facebook and Twitter.
