Reader’s Digest Word Power Challenge Vocabulary Game Wins National Parenting Center Seal of Approval

Wilmington, Delaware — McNeill Designs’ officially licensed game, the Reader’s Digest Word Power Challenge, was recently honored with the National Parenting Center Seal of Approval. The National Parenting Center’s Seal of Approval program is an independent testing procedure conducted to judge a variety of products introduced and marketed to the parent/child consumer market.

McNeill’s winning entry was only recently released in the 4th quarter of 2007and is the latest addition to the successful McNeill Designs’ roster of games. This motivating game is a licensed Reader’s Digest product and is based on the “Word Power” feature in the Reader’s Digest magazine, which has been enriching America’s vocabulary for over 60 years.

“The Reader’s Digest Word Power Challenge game sharpens vocabularies, boosts test-taking skills, and fosters a love of language in a fun a[Don McNeill] and competitive format,” says McNeill Designs’ president Martin Uniacke. “By utilizing facts from four categories: word origin, fill-in-the-blank, definition, and synonyms, players gain an intensive knowledge of each word.”
