HENKEL CORPORATION DUCK BRAND DUCT TAPE “STUCK AT PROM®” CONTEST 2008

The rules state that homeschoolers may participate.

HOW TO ENTER. Contest participants must enter as a couple (two individuals) (“Entrant” or “Entrant Couple”). Each couple must attend a high school, or home school association, prom held in the spring of 2008, wearing complete attire or accessories made from duct tape (“Duct Tape Prom Attire”). Each Entrant Couple must submit (1) one color photograph (professional or amateur) of the couple together in Duct Tape Prom Attire; (2) each individual’s full name, address, telephone number, e-mail address (if applicable) age/grade level, and the name of the closest major city to the individual’s hometown; (3) Liability and Publicity Release and Consent (“Release”) signed by each individual and, if any Entrant is a minor, a Release signed by that individual’s parent or guardian; and (4) the name, address, and telephone number of the high school, or home school association, which is hosting the prom, and the date the prom was held (collectively “Contest Entry” or “Contest Entries” as applicable herein). Incomplete submissions or submissions sent outside the Contest Entry Period will not be considered. Contest Entries, including photographs, become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By submitting Contest Entries, Entrants agree that Contest Entries may be displayed at the Stuck at Prom website, located at www.stuckatprom.com as provided in these Official Rules. Submissions may be sent via U.S. Mail to:

Contest Entries may be electronically submitted by either completing the online form at: http://www.stuckatprom.com, or by submitting an email containing the required information, a verifiable Release and photograph to prom@ducktapeclub.com.

Sponsor will post all eligible Contest Entries at Sponsor’s web site, located at www.stuckatprom.com. Please allow three weeks from the time you send in your entry for posting of your photo to occur. Please do not call or e-mail prior to the three weeks passing. Online viewing of the Contest Entries will begin upon receipt of the first entry, and be posted indefinitely.

We are proud of defending the 1st amendment and standing up to a frivolous lawsuit, however, this civil liberties exercise temporarily ground HEM to a halt, we are coming back strong with the May-June/12 issue.

HEM is available only in its digital version until start of the school year this fall. The next digital issue being the upcoming May-June, 2012 issue.
