After reading this article, I looked around for information about the “Pappas Schools,” which are a 25-year old outreach program for homeless children in Arizona.Â I found other articles about the connection of the schoolsÂ toÂ homelessness, but nothing to indicate that homeschooling is a part of it.

“We agreed on things like school choice,” Keegan said. “We agreed on the right of parents to home-school their kids if they wanted to. I agreed with her when she brought the issue of homeless kids and the need to make sure we were serving those kids. We ultimately split on how we thought that should happen.”
