As noted in a previous post, Ron Paul is talking about homeschooling. In this Stossel interview, Paul explained his first introduction to homeschoolers during his political campaigns.
Homeschoolers can speak for themselves and two New Yorkers did a fine job. Kudos go to 16-year-old Veronica Andreades and 12-year-old Jeremiah Burch.
They both pointed out the wide diversity of friends they have with their different activities. Veronica made the point she can “morph” her curriculum into her interests, making the future look hopeful for her well-being. In fact, Stossel pointed out Veronica’s passion for writing with her Wall Street Journal Opinion piece – I’m Homeschooled – Hold the Pity, Please.
