Virtual schooling is to homeschooling as Kraft Macaroni and Cheese is to how you put together the macaroni and cheese recipe in The Perfect Recipe. With the recipe, you pick the macaroni, the cheese, the bread crumbs, add ingredients, leave things out, and cook it for longer or shorter times. Both dishes of macaroni and cheese are food, and will nourish you, but they aren’t the same thing.
