Izzy at The Homeschooling Revolution on NHELD’s bumper stickers: No Joke: Monday’s Child is Full of Two Liners
The Ironman is going to want one or two of these bumper stickers for his pick-up. T-shirts, too, NHELD? Imagine the turned heads.
JJ at Cocking a Snook on Biblical imagery: Think HSLDA “Owns” Generation Joshua? Think Again
Obama kept evoking “Generation Joshua” this afternoon, to hallelujahs from the crowd (congregation?) If you’re a secular homeschooler, that’ll send shivers down your spine and if you’re not, let me ‘splain’
Judy at Consent of the Governed on how mothering continues to be equated with smothering: Enmeshment — A new threat to homeschooling parents
It is beyond reason to think that the involvement of parents in a child’s life for the purpose of the care, protection, and education of the child equals “neglect”. Dana at Principled Discovery with updates on Melissa Busekros: Updates on the Busekros family
There is also an International Colloquium planned in April. How I wish Germany weren’t quite so far away! However, anyone desiring to help German homeschoolers with their efforts to liberalize education laws in Germany may donate to the effort. I think this is a good cause, because it is helping homeschoolers work within their own country. On Netzwerk Bildungsfreiheit’s homepage is a link to donate via PayPal or through their bank account (at the bottom).
