I want to know what these &#039;cracks&#039; are as well. It seems that it is quite acceptable for a certain percentage of traditionally schooled children to &#039;fall through the cracks&#039;, but homeschooled children who are not performing to the state&#039;s arbitrary standards are to be immediately brought into the system where they can then fall through a state approved crack. We can&#039;t be havin&#039; any cracks that are not created and maintained by the system, ya&#039; hear?
