An overview of the homeschool laws and regulations of New Mexico , along with links to legislative source information, additional reference materials and government resources on homeschooling.

New Mexico Legislature:

Standardized tests are not required of New Mexico home educators. . A notice of intent is filed with the school district superintendent within 30 days of establishing the home school and by April 1 of each subsequent year.
