Life Without School Publications is a recently created on-line publication and blogging community (founded in January of this year?). The founders write: “We are real people living real lives without school. We share a common belief that life without school is a valid and valuable lifestyle choice. Life without school is about living life outside the publicly supported umbrella of “school,†whether brick and mortar or home-based. Our shared purpose is to validate life without school as we live it as a legitimate option for those who choose it.”
I’m not sure how this sparkling little gem flew under my radar for so long, but it has quickly become one of my favorite places to read and be encouraged about the future of the homeschool movement. I could write volumes about it here – and I’ll undoubtedly be doing so in future posts – but you really just need to click over to this lovely site/community and start reading for yourself.
