The lawsuit in simple terms was about one press organization reporting on another press organization's article about suspected business practices of a business. Nothing more, nothing less. We will have more on this story when everything has settled. As to homeschooling impacting the ability of the public school systems to function, that is another story, Kansas City, MO public schools has been 'losing their accreditation for years and finally the state came in and took it away, and will take over the school district if things do not improve.
